Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must generally be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

Personalized or Custom Items

Because personalized, customized, or made-to-order products are created specifically for you, they may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds
